Day 1 - I hit the gym with all the other new years resolutioners. Good on us for getting off the couch!
Just a 3km jog today, Im feeling all those weeks of crappy food and alcohol.
I did the 3km in 21.56. Im hoping to get under 20min in the not too distant future.
Weigh in this morning revealed a dastardly weight gain. Since my half marathon a few months ago all I have done is eat and not run much.
Currant weight is 69.3kg. I still havent dug up my tape measure, but Ill do an update when Ive found it.
1 down - 364 runs to go!
ETA - tape measure has been found!! Tummy is 83cm, butt is 103cm
