8/365,9/365,10/365

Ive missed a few days blogging, but Ive run every day.
Ive been doing a mix of dreadmill at the gym because of all the wind we have had here, and running on the trail that goes behind my house.
We fly to Singapore tonight so I ran this morning. It was tough to get out of bed, but it was so lovely outside and it felt really good to run on an empty tummy.
Ive been running at night after dinner and it just feels so gross.
Next run will be in Singapore!

Ive missed a few blogging days, but I have run each day for 7 days - go me!
Yesterday I felt a bit tired, but todays 4.5km wasnt too bad.

Im on a roll! 8km this morning.
Group run this morning with my lovely Saturday ladies, followed by eggs on toast at a coffee shop and a good coffee. The perfect way to start a weekend!

Feeling good today. A quick 3km run at the gym in 20:15 - a pb?
Ive got a long run in the morning with my Saturday ladies. Havent had the chance to run with them for a while so I am really looking forward to catching up with them all.

2 for 2!
I did a 6km run on the Yarrowee trail this afternoon and gosh it was a lot hotter than I thought it was. I should have taken some water with me.
Feeling good so far.

1/365 - 3km

Day 1 - I hit the gym with all the other new years resolutioners. Good on us for getting off the couch!
Just a 3km jog today, Im feeling all those weeks of crappy food and alcohol.
I did the 3km in 21.56. Im hoping to get under 20min in the not too distant future.
Weigh in this morning revealed a dastardly weight gain. Since my half marathon a few months ago all I have done is eat and not run much.
Currant weight is 69.3kg. I still havent dug up my tape measure, but Ill do an update when Ive found it.
1 down - 364 runs to go!

ETA - tape measure has been found!! Tummy is 83cm, butt is 103cm

3 Sleeps to go till I start! Eeeeek

3 sleeps until I kick off my year of running every day.
Im going to do a monthly update of running stats (total kms run) as well as my measurements (kg, waist and butt measurements).
Im trying not to over think this too much, just get out and run every day. The biggest hurdles I can see for now are when Dan is away working.
We are heading over to Singapore for a week from the 10th Jan and the day after we get home Dan heads off to Japan for a week for work urgh.
I think running on the day we get home and the next day are going to be a challenge.
Anyhoo, Ill see how I go and play it by ear.
